Those post-punk sludge merchants The Melvins are celebrating their 30th anniversary with the release of Everybody Loves Sausages, a covers album that features a handful of guest performers, including Jello Biafra, J.G. Thirlwell, and Blondie drummer Clem Burke.
We were lucky enough to get an exclusive video of Burke tracking drums (as Melvins drummer Dale Crover looks on from behind the glass in the control room) on Ray Davies’ song “Attitude,” which originally appeared on The Kinks’ 1979 album Low Budget.
